Why We Built an 8-Ingredient Nootropic Stack (and What's In It)
A lot of people who get into nootropics end up with a shelf of five or six separate bottles, taking a handful of capsules every morning just to cover their bases. Our Complete Nootropic Stack exists for people who want that same coverage without the shelf.
We built it by combining ingredients from across our single-ingredient lineup at doses chosen to work well together: Citicoline and Alpha-GPC for choline support at complementary (not redundant) doses, Lion's Mane and Bacopa Monnieri for longer-term cognitive support, Rhodiola Rosea and L-Theanine to round out the stress and focus angle, plus Ginkgo Biloba and B6 to support absorption and circulation.
The most important thing about how we built this โ and the reason we mention it constantly โ is that every one of those eight ingredients is listed with its own individual milligram amount on the label. A lot of 'all-in-one' nootropic products hide their whole formula behind a single 'proprietary blend' number, which means you have no idea how much of any one ingredient you're actually getting. We didn't want to build a product we couldn't stand behind that way.
Because it includes both fast-acting components (the choline donors, plus a small amount of stimulation from the overall stack) and slow-building ones (Bacopa, Lion's Mane), it's reasonable to notice something within the first few days, but give it several weeks before forming a full opinion.
If you'd rather start simpler and build your own stack ingredient by ingredient, our single-ingredient products are the same formulation building blocks โ you can always mix and match instead.
